Mon - off.
Tues- Chest & Tris
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Biceps (heavy workout)
Friday - off
Saturday - Back
Sunday - Legs (light workout due to sprained ankle at 1st week of cycle)
Some guys double up and try to hit some muscle groups twice per week. Not me though. I need my rest. I am in construction
