hey im a newbie here and i would appreciate any advice given
im 19 nd have been playin sports most of my life..been workin out for bout 5 years on and off..been in a little bit of a drag lately
im 6'3 215 lbs(most def not solid) nd i need to transform myself into somwhere around..230 solid
so ny stacks and diet/exercise programs would b much appreciated
and i also would love to get my bench back up so im all ears
