Easy just flex your pecs one side at a time (unilaterally) think about flexing from the bottom grouping, into the middle, through the top, hit all the three parts going from lowest to highest then hit the other side... Focus on going slow and really forcing a contraction. As your muscles get used to the forced flex they will begin to do it very easily i.e. muscle memory. From there you will be dancing with ease. Or on the flip side, don't workout, eat your ass off on junk food and jump around, you'll have a nice pair dancing and giggling like crazy!
