I buy it for my wife and it works great. she take 100iu every night before bed and she has been on it for a month and has lost 13 lbs and now I get to wake up to stomach muscles.
I bought the 177 from pure#%ptides.com and it sucked, didn't even see anything. she was on 500iu a day and nothing for a week so I trashed it.
But 176 is the real deal. I love it. I get it only in receptor grade because they say its best. Well I hope you try it, alot of people love to talk bad about something they have read or heard and not actually tried it, but everyone has there own opinion. My wife loves it, and I buy it every month for her.
