I RARELY work abs. I know that sounds dumb (especially on cycle) but I have a small waist and I have rock hard abs that are really chiselled. They are just buried beneath a small layer of fat which softens the look. But you can definately see my abs and the reason I don't work them out much is because I know that the only way I can improve their appearance is by restricting calories and upping cardio...which I am certainly not going to do on cycle. Currently I work my abs about 1 time per month.
