Clen T3 Cardio and low carbs
So after six months of hitting heavy I have a wopping 240lbs of lean bady mass... I also weigh 320lbs.
I am on a strict low carb diet (I have fruit in the morning, and vegitables in the afternoon. Meat and healthy protien aswell)
I have a 12 week cutting plan along with my PCT
So I am on T3, Clen and Noval. I have some hcg aswell.
my training is
Day 1
Cardio
Day 2
Upperbody circut
Day 3
Cardio
Day 4
Lower Body Cercut
Day 5
Cardio
Day 6
Upperbody circut
Rest
I repeat the next week except with two lowerbody days.
