This is going to take some dedication as we don't need to tell you that you have let yourself get out of shape. That said congrats on making the effort now to not only improve the way you look but you will undoubtedly improve your overall lifestyle losing the weight your wanting to.
I see your having fruit in the morning and I would be a little cautious here only because of the sugar content so keep servings small. Initally you should see some quick weight loss but then it's going to come harder as you get down lower but don't get discouraged.
