Actually not carb loading, I am speaking of simply cycling your carb intake while still keeping it relatively low, but increasing or having more on days that your activity level are slightly higher, this keeps your body in a positive state of burning cals, and still keeps your energy level moderately up, while keeping your body from feeling totally deprived, so it slows down and or shuts down totally. Like I said banans are extremely high in sugar, major jumps in sugar glucose make your body stop using fats for fuel. you have sugar surges, and energy crashes. I would use strawberry's. but thats your choice. Still I wish you luck on your road back, I think its great that you are making the effort to get back to where you once where!!
