true true! people quote how they kept their gains after pct while only dropping a few pounds of water, etc.. but it's sometimes 3,4,5,6 months down the road that they wonder why more of the lbs they "kept" are now going away.. alot of the time when people post they gained say 25lbs and kept 20lbs or so, their post follows PCT immediately, weeks or a month after they finished it.. which isn't a great gage to determine whether they really DID keep their gains.. when in actuality a lot of the time, 6 months down the road their diet may have dwindled a bit, mb training got a bit lighter and now they are only up mb 5-10 lbs from where they started.. they just don't post that..
