Awesome john. I bet the deca was great for your joints? Your joints all greased up?
When I was eating and training like I should...and 194lbs I was doing 315 but I'm at 185 now and don't even wanna attempt it. Several factors came into play there though: Busy summer job, no all you can eat buffets anymore, didn't have a gym for a month...then I lost some more weight when I got really sick for about a week....104 temp.
