with no AS I've done 405, can do 385 anytime, 365x3, 335x6, 315x8-10. But what's more impressive to me is a good Squat or Deadlift.
If I could Squat and Deadlift 800, or close to it, 750-760... much better indicator of total body strength. I can get in the low 500's now. That's shit.
But juiced up I'd hit monster lifts till my joints broke.
