Ok. Im around 4000 calories right now. 4 eggs in the morning 2 tuna fish sandwhihces after. I lift for 2 hours HARD. cardio 20 min of it at start. then i do a cyto gainer after. and like 2 hours after ill eat somthing small. then at the end of the nite i eat a steak or and a potato or sumthin small like and fruit n salad thru out the day?? any news I shud do
