increase calories by 250/500 and/or drop the cardio, eat consistantly every 2-3 hours 6 meals a day and try to spend less time in the gym as your burning excess calories that would go towards building more muscle, change up your exercises to keep your muscles guessing and growing, try that for a couple of weeks to see how you get on
