12pm-large chicken fillet with cup brown rice
2pm-turkey fillet with large sweet patatoe
4pm bolw pasta with 2 cans tuna
5pm whey pro shake
6pm-workout
7pm -lean beef with veg and small sweet pataoe
8pm-100g pumkin seeds
10pm -cottage chesse or peanut butter.
4 liters of warter thu out the day and all meats cooked in olive oil.
you should always eat eat the same every day even if you not lifting.
