Thanks so much for that dead-lift,means alot.
That is great example for me to work from for when training in evening which I do sometimes but mainly I train just after lunch,is there anyway you could do me example day on that basis?.
Also I dont really buy protein shakes,is it possible to replace them with certain amount of milk?,how much protein should those lots of milk include so I know?,the fillets of meat protein content?.
If you could answer and help me out little bit more it would be really really appreciated as wanna do this right and know my diet has to be good.
