I'm feeling the same confusion. I've been reading alot from Patrick Arnold on the matter and according to him HGH is where it starts. HGH starts thru the liver releasing IGF and other hormones. Per his articles the top dog of the cascade is where its best to start, instead of jumping right to the middle of the cascade (IGF) so to speak. I believe HGH really is the king but so freakin expensive and thats why, at least to me, I was investigating its lil brother.
