Hey Everyone,

question regarding L-Nol or liquid nolvadex. Do you just measure 20mg per sringe and swallow it down?

Not sure what the procedure on how to take this stuff is. Bought it from i steroids advertiser and it states not for human consumption. I figure for legal purposes. Anyways, just wondering if you just measure the 20 per day and swall down the mouth?

P.S. props for getting item to me in like 5days.
