I've been "gymming" for three years, mainly cardio but seriously weightlifting for the last year when I started using supplements. Mainly to gain weight linked with diet to bulk up. Well in a year I have added 15lbs. I've always been skinny and very active with a fast metabolism. The more serious I've became in working out the more my interest develop in bodybuilding as well.
My target now is to increase my strength firstly(just cannot lift like 20 years ago, wonder why, he-he-he) and secondly to bulk up. I've been reading a lot cause I wanna make sure what I am putting into my body. I am going to start with test and see how my body reacts. The only thing I 'm not 100% clear on, if I should start on test p,c or e? Was thinking p or may be sust 250
My stats; I'm 44, 6'1", 190 lbs, bf < 10% .
