dunno about pain from shots, but I do know that under normal conditions water and oil do not mix. From what I understand winstrol injections hurt, period. Some of my test e (oil) injections hurt like hell, others I never noticed. Interestingly there was recent work in chemistry by an Aussie scientist who found that if you remove all the dissolved gases from the oil and water (not expensive or terribly difficult to achieve industrially) they actually do mix. The old adage 'oil and water do not mix' is not entirely correct. It seems to be the intermolecular interactions with the dissolved gases that cause polar and non polar solutions not to mix. Interesting but of absolutely no use in answering the question, I suppose.
