Thanks dead-lift,understand fully what you're saying and I can eat like 6 meals a day but main things I needed to know really was:
1. How much protein,carbs and fat should I be taking in each day? (i.e 250g protein).
2. Does it matter when the protein,carbs and fat are taken in apart from obviously carbs before train and protein after?
I'm trying to simplify things so is easier.
