Okay. So I guess I should introduce myself since I have been snooping around and posting here and there for a few days now. (some of this may be repeating b/c I posted some of this info in another forum).
I'm 29. 5'5". I'm not about to put my weight on here, but I will say that my body fat is somewhere around 27%. (not sure how correct that actually is). I've been getting a little pudgy lately since i've been laid off from work and I hate it. Im trying to get back into shape before this gets out of hand.
My diet is mostly just low sugar and low carbs. I dont follow any strict eating habits, really. I'm not usually a heavy eater. I don't really want to ever have to cut anything out of my diet. I just need to watch my intake.
About 7 years ago I was fit, tight, toned and felt great. I went to the gym everyday and had energy to spare. Then I started dating someone and when that became serious I let myself go gradually over the years. And with working full time and trying to maintain a home life, well... I'm trying to get back to where I was back then. :\
My boyfriend (who also joined this forum) has always been a lifter. His workouts and lifting routine has started to become more intense and he is also trying to get back into a healthier lifestyle. He is looking into starting cycles..
My workout routine is 20-30 minutes of cardio and then I hit the Nautilus machines for about an hour. Both my workout and my eating habits are both still a work in progress. Sometimes I get frustrated when I dont see the results I want and as fast ad I'd like to see them. I tend to slip up from time to time. Honestly, I think I need a boost. My energy sucks.
I have been asking questions here and there about Clen and Albuterol. I read what I can find here about everyone's expereinces on them. I use to use ephedrine (xenadrine) and I loved that stuff. I have a feeling Clen will be alot like that.
Anyways, I just wanted to get myself out here so I'm not so much a stranger or someone who seems to be lurking. And so far everyone seems to be happy to help!
