Hi and welcome to the forum.

First off congrats on taking the big step to getting yourself back into shape and taking care of you. I've known you've been asking questions regarding clen and albuterol but before you decide to really jump back onto these drugs consider restructuring your meals. I've learned over the years that playing with my diet has first and foremost given me the best results hands down over any drugs ever have. One of the biggest traps I fell into was not eating enough.... and when you dont eat enough your metabolism slows down (and in my case shut down) to where your results are painstakingly slow or virtually non existent. I would suggest to you to map out your meals and with minor adjustments. You'll be amazed how with little changes in your diet it can tremendously help increase your energy levels.

Remember consistency to any meaningful results is key... Work on your diet, rotate your cardio, change up your w/o routines every 4-6 wks. I would highly suggest you do these three things on a consistent basis for at least 3mo before you would even consider taking any chemical enhancements. You'll be amazed of what your body can do naturally with just manipulation of diet/cardio. Just my .02.... good luck with your fitness endeavors.
