I dont typically ever eat chinese food anymore at resturants... seems everytime I did I came down with a case of food poisoning. The last and final resturant I ate at landed me in the E.R... I thought I was going to die that night! Once I got better I filed a complaint with the city health inspector. When they did a surprise visit they found too many violations and ended up closing them down until they could clean up the place and bring it up to code standards. What was shocking is that this establishment did'nt look like a run down shack.... it was quite schwanke!
Sorry for the rant.... I like cooking my own chinese food. Stirfry's and rice are the easiest.
