i need to lose the weight
Hi i have been going through some of your threads and spent a long time getting deprested everybody wants to put mass on well i need to take mass off i am 39, 6ft tall and weigh 280lb i have tried a lot of diets but i have losed some weight and then it stops i was 295lb so i have lost 15lb can anybody recommend a diet i have tried not eating after 8pm i have cut my intake by half.
breakfast was a big bowl of cereal with milk
now 3 bananas
lunch chicken and chips with a litre of fruit juice
now a 500g tin of soup (99% fat free)
tea eat out or couple of pies then a pasta meal chocolates and a packet of biscuits with a hot chocolate drink.
now mash potatoes or even just boiled with boiled vegies with lamb or chicken
a hot drink (caro) if anybody knows what that is and 6 biscuits.
So as you can see a have cut a lot out.
