Getting tired of chicken breasts?
I was really getting tired of eating chicken breasts 30 times a day so I figured out how to make the sauce from Rasing Cane's restaurant. For those of you who don't know, Raising Cane's is only in Louisiana, I think. The first one was opened about 1/10 mile from LSU's north gate.
Anyway, the sauce is excellent and makes the chicken bearable.
1/2 Cup Real Mayonnaise (720 cal)
1/4 Cup Ketchup (60 cal)
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning (or Zatarain's seasoning)
1 tsp Ground Pepper
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
This makes quite a bit of the sauce and will last quite a few servings.
