eating less or "crash dieting" wont help you lose the amount of weight you want to lose, and its not healthy, belive it or not you need to eat more, but restructure your eating into several meals, and eat the right ratio of protine/carbs/fats for your body type, try watching this video collection and then find out what of the 3 body types you are, youll slowly learn to listen to your body and only take in what it needs.
from personal experiance ill tell you that the first 2 or 3 weeks of eating less sugars/carbs/fats can be hard, just hang in there and your body will adapt, its not easy, but the rewards are worth the commitment.
