WOW. I had to read the thread three times to see what you were saying. You made some good choices for cutting stuff out of your diet. You made bad choices for the replacements. I mean 6 biscuits! Stay off the bread! If you have to have bread the enriched white products are the worst! Eat ONE (or two if its a sandwich) piece of rye or whole grain (non-bleached enriched) bread. And the soup-I mean 99% fat free is great but how many cals. and does it supply any protein? You can have fruit but three pieces in the morning is enough to spike your insulin then leave it flat-my head is spinning thinking about it. Try oatmeal with hand full of fruit or one banana and a scoop of protein. PORTION size is still key to meet your goals. Snack on low calorie high protein atleast between meals-TRY water its great-fruit juice is a desert and you can work it in later when you get to your gaols and can use it responsibly. Simple carbs rot your brain! lol Seriously, you got any cardio worked in? What is up with the chips anyway, I mean you can't get them to hold enough protein, so why does anyone eat them?
