I would say go with 4 weeks on at 40mcg/pwo then 4 weeks off to see how your body responds. You may want to up the dosage for the second time around. Yes, you should inject with an insulin syringe. Intramuscular or subcutaneous is up to you, but I think IM would be best. The IGF-1 receptors are upregulated during PWO so that’s when you inject. Since you’re injecting it PWO, then you’ll be having a PWO shake around the time of the injection. PWO shake usually includes 50g protein and 50g-100g carbs and that should be sufficient. For the first few injections, you may want to have some candy nearby or something just in case you start going hypo to get some simple sugars in quickly. I wouldn’t go as far as bringing an IGF-1 loaded syringe to the gym with me unless you live a long way from the gym or go to work immediately afterward. If it comes to that, do yourself a favor and do it in a bathroom stall and not in the car

. Imo, I don’t think there would any localized growth so I would say stick with one injection where ever you wanted. I wouldn’t worry with any PCT stuff for an IGF1 cycle.
