Hi guys would this be a good diet to help me lose weight and yes i have taken it from another thread
Breakfast;
45g Bran, 100ml of milk, 3 whole boiled eggs and a hand full of currents.
130g sweet jacket potato, tin of tuna, 2 boiled eggs/
jacket potato with a 400gm tin of tuna and kidney beans.
Evening meal;
Chicken breast, large jacket potato, veg/
Vegies with fish.
Am i missing anything
