I've been doing Cardio for awhile now and Have gone down to 250 from 260 in the past 4-6 weeks. Ive been able to keep this up very well without slacking. I have a few friends that have been on a cycle of Deca and the other is doin Test... They both told me that now That i'm going to the Gym often that I should start taking Winstrol ( Winny / Winnie ) to help me lose extra water weight and tighten me up a bit. This was just yesturday and after seeing their results I paid them the $ to get me a cycle of Winstrol that I Should be getting in the next couple of weeks, I paid them at that time because they wouldnt have been able to make another order for a month or two.
Now after doing some research I found that winstrol would only really help me if I have already built a good amount of muscle. And at this point I dont see or feel to much muscle on me other than my legs. So I did more research and found that doing a cycle of Winstrol and Test or just Test can help me begin to gain and tighten muscle at the same time... thats the idea from the posts that I read....but i can be wrong.....and thats why I'm here.
So I wasnt even thinking of starting the Winstrol that I ordered until the end of Oct...so that would be another month of me working out and hopefully another 10 pounds.. then I was going to start the cycle.
My Goals: Lean build of muscle... have a balanced body from head to toe. I was at first looking to get my weight as low as 215 but willing to add muscle weigt no problem. And I really dont want to gain more weight other than muscle
*Please Let me know what you guys think I should do with the Winstrol / Test situation.
*Also I was thinking about getting a personal trainning for when I start my cycle...maybe even before just for acouple of weeks to learn what I need to lift to get to where I want.

Training:
Been doing Cardio for the past month and have dropped 10lbs
usually 1hr treadmill 4-5 days a week
havent done any lifting
Diet:
meal 1: Egg Whites w/ turkey sausage
meal 2: Turkey Burger on wheat bread with small salad
meal 3: Grilled Chicken w/ small salad
I drink about a Gallon of water a day.
