Wow man don't want to sound silly about this but you have some work to do before you should consider any sort of a cycle at all. For a start you at least need to get that BF% down under 20 preferibly 15%. All that the Winstrol will do for you at the moment is shut down your natural test production and make it necessary for you to do PCT afterwards.
For a start we also need to get you eating a whole lot more food and better food too, out of your three meals there I can only recommend one of them to you, see if you can guess which one that is?
