haha I c... thanks alot guys I was pretty confused for a second. So after all the great advice you've given me so far I think I'm going to grab a trainer for a couple of sessions at my gym. There should be any harm in it and I'm sure I'll learn a thing or 2.
6 days a week at cardio? Well my gym doesnt have a pool but I know of once by my house that does... I'll look into it. Thanks!
I'll be updating you guys on what my trainer tells me to do. And get back to you with some meal plans. Im going to work some out tomorrows... seems rough thinking out 1 small meal every 3 hours.
