you don't have to up the douse. most ppl go up to about 10iu everytime they shoot. but like everything in this game ppl like to over do it.. your muscles will only absorb so much. go up to 10iu's and see how it goes... if you want to take it two times a day then do 5iu's in the morning and 10iu's after a workout. should work nicely for you..
