first day was 3iu post workout - didn't feel anything
second day was 5iu pw, felt a little weird like my mind wasn't quite right or something . colors also seemed different like lighting or something. anyhow, I did my shake, my 2 hour meal, etc. no symptoms of hypo, etc. I think 5iu is the magic number for now.
