it didn't LOL..
about day 5 i was training and felt like i was gonna pass out and hands got shaky etc.... if i don't eat for a while i get low blood sugar levels.... i downed a carbdrink at gym and felt better.......found out i should have tried a protein shake instead......i will give this diet another go in the future......
also i just felt like shit and needed more mental focus for work etc......
