Clen is a beta-2 agonist. After a few weeks your beta-2 receptors downregulate meaning that the Clenbuterol loses some of it's ability to help burn fat. Benadryl upregulates beta-2 receptors so it allows the clen to continue working. You could cycle the clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and let your beta receptors unregulate on their own, which is actually a safer way to do it. You can run the T3 straight through even while your not on clen. The advantage of the clen is that it is anti-catabloic which help preserve muscle while losing fat. T3 can actually cause muscle loss to some degree so clen is a nice addition. Being you will be on aas at the time this isn't an issue for you.
