Hello I am new to this site well been here for a few months but am just starting to post since my time has come to start my first cycle. I have done alot of reading on these forums and the internet but I know you can always trust exactly what you read...
Let me give you some background on me first...
28 female 130lbs 5'6 20% bf. I have been heavly working out for about years and active my whole life. I am looking to cycle clen and t3 or something that would be adequate to stack with clen that will put mass on, if I can find a reliable supplier of t3 or something that would be beneficial. (if anyone knows that answer please feel free to tell me) I am looking to bulk up and shred I am training for the CPAT test for the Fire Dept. and the demands are high as far as size and strength for women. I have about 10 weeks to make somewhat of a difference in my body. I know that I need to be doing cardio about 5 days a week and weights 2-3 days or more a week(please critique that is necessary) I also would like some help as far as a diet plan.
So here are the questions I have...
1. Is clen and t3 a good cycle if not what would be good to stack with clen?
2. Is 30 mins before workout a good time to take the clen?
3.What type of diet should I be on while cycling?
I would greatly appreciate any feedback or direction.
