I need help with the type of work out I should be doing ie: heavy weight,low rep, light weight high rep? How much cardio?

I want to make sure I am getting all the benefits I can from the prescriptions I received from an Anti aging clinic.
I have been on for one week. My usual workout 3 days = 2 body parts a day- push/pull. cardio 2-3 days- bike, swim, treadmill.
One week of program and noticed i added 9 lbs in week 1! (I know water)
I want to lose the fat primarily, help!!

Stanozolol 50MG troiche every other day
What am I missing?
