i have a friend who works out with my hes overweight-when he seen the results i got using steriods it shock him,but i told him its not that simple,lifting is a lifestyle change.it has to become priorty number one.i told him unless your going to take this seriously forget it-well long story short he trained hard for a year,he was 420 he went down to 355,then i put him on winstrol for 12 weeks, it was funny because he never lost weight-he gained muscle and lost inches it was funny to see reaction to this.youll be pleased to know after pct he pretty much kept his muscle and didnt ballon back up in weight,he starts winstrol again this week its been 3 months looking forward to his results since this time hes got muscle-im hoping to get him down in inches again-should be alot of fun
