my tipical day diet is
7.00am 30 gr whey + peanut butter or egg white with 2 yell omelet
10 am chicken breast + Veggies mostly green
1.30 pm 6 oz beef + veggies
5.30 pm same as 10 am
7.00 pm workout after workout 20 gr whey + oats as i used to take dextrose for the last 8 years with no big differnce ,i will be taking rice with whey instead of oats or banana
evening meal chicken breast with veg or beef
snack whey + sugar free jelly
i eat really clean my main target nowadys is definition not bulk
next month i will try the peanut butter diet as i like it how it is set up apart that i love peanut butter the only difference will be that i will be taking a big plate of green veg in the evening just for the fibre,i don't think it will effect the ratio of the diet
