As strange ass it might sound I am in OK cardio, I play raquette ball and walk a couple of miles on the tredmill.
Yes I am Fat but not obes. hanging to the floor. Look more like shrek.

The only type of weight lifting I have done has been Olympic Style. Just resently (6month) have gotten interested in Bodybuilding.
I think I could love your sport. Much more complicated than I had ever thought.
Half way done with my very first cycle (of 16wks) and am responding well to it. But I have never worried about a diet much hence the 390lbs
Since I have been into this cycle I have manly depended on shakes and bars to get the protein I need. I eat plenty of Fruit and Veg for carbs
Goal is 330lbs and not one once of muscle loss (Just to hard to get) Time is not a problem and since I started the cycle I lost about 30lbs and put it right back on but close are definatley fitting better.
Average day:
5:00 am shake with 52grm protein
5:40 Creatine drink and a picse of fruit
5:45 Workout
6:45 dose with slin and drink a shake 80 gr prot and another creatine drink
8:00 protein drink 50grms and a bar of 17grm, pc of fruit Big Gala apple
(alot of shakes but this is to take advantage of that Musc. Prot, Synth and recal. my glucose ( I am a Diabetic))
11:00 1/2 watermellon big glass of milk (love milk)
or a couple of sandwitch or whatever
4:00 Protein shake 52 g of protein
6:00 dinner might be Chicken,potatoes,cabagge
8:00 Ok I know: Icecream of some sort of snack

I used to have high blood and colest. But am fine now. Into the cycle I saw my BP go up so I took old meds and it took care of it.

No PCT on TRT maybe some sort of anti-estrogen for sides
