I would suggest as a first step you clean up your diet. Add flaxseed oil 3x/day and decrease your shakes, replace them with real meals - such as lean chicken breast (8oz), 1 cup of brown rice, 2 cups of steamed veggies and 1 tbsp. of flaxseed oil.
The second step is to stick to a more moderate cycle, try to make thing simple like test only, no trenbolone. Also, make sure to have arimidex in the cycle and your PCT ready.
