I agree with Tealc, your diet is a mess man. All those shakes are probably making you pretty bloated and are adding to your body fat. They aren't so bad for a guy trying to just pack on some size regardless of adding body fat but they aren't a good idea if you're trying to drop some. It sounds like you have the typical power lifter body. If you're wanting to transition to a trimmer body builder look then you will need to work hard on that diet. There are tons of posts here on cutting diets.
I further agree with Tealc on the cycle. If your half way through then you just started the tren and it would be wise to drop it. I would have been okay with winstrol in its place even though it is your first cycle.
You are going to need pct. At you size and body fat you are looking at some estrogen issues post cycle that will likely cause you some problems. Maybe gyno or at a minimum added body fat and loss of some of your gains. Get some nolvadex right away and add in some adex into the cycle.
