I have a trainer he is the one who formulated my diet. I thought it was a little low. I figured I would go with anvar, but I am not sure if I should take it by it self and what dosage. I don't think I want to do anything hard, beacause I want to keep a feminine but very cut/defined body. By no means am I new to the gym just new to dieting and heavier lifting. Thanks for your input!
