thanks mate, im 26, 5ft10 and 10 stone, these past 2 years alots happened, as above i broke my foot, then my son died, then i shattered my leg(tib an fib) finally got the pins an plates out 3 month ago, then 5weeks ago i broke my tib(same leg) AGAIN lol .. all in 2 years so thats the reason for loosing my weight, heres a picture of me 2years back when i was 14 stone, i wasnt ripped but i was well built....
now im at 10 stone(im not going to show u a picture but my girl friends mates have asked her if im on smack and ive never even seen the stuff b4) and and the only proper muscles i have is in my arms from using crutches for more than a year, my right leg(broke foot, 2x broke leg), is slightly smaller than the other, and im right footed.
Im not currently working and im willing to work in the gym, and eat right but as above i dont no how i need to do this thats the reason for joining this site!! in the hope some1 will help... this is my last hope and no matter what any1 says i WILL be taking steroids when this pots off my leg...
Also i live in england uk, so i have to buy on the black market so really i need to no what im asking for.

Basicly what i was hoping some1 could advise me on is...
A good diet ie what food to eat and how often
B how many hours a day i should be in the gym
C what steroids to take, how much and how often..
I`d like to be on a stack thats good for weight and good for motivation, as you probably no i dont have a clue about steroids and dont even no if anything im asking for is possible, but i need to do something any advise will be apriciated...
