What will likely happen is you will sustain another injury and set yourself back again. Your problem can be fixed with a solid workout routine and proper diet. You can accomplish your goals is short order if you can listen to advice.
It will be easier to build muscle for you now because your body will be getting back to its normal size rather than trying to increase more than you ever had. If you check out my intro post you would see that I had a run of bad luck myself several years back and several years out of the gym. I went for a solid 190 pounds to 155 pounds in 3 months due to an illness. I gained it all back but it was fat not muscle. I finally got my shit together and got back on a good workout routine and decent diet and dropped to 175 lean pounds and now I'm 190 again and still have decent body fat percentage. I dropped the fat and got to the 175 in about six months without any supplements or steroids and I'm in my 40's. There is no reason you can't do the same if your dedicated.

Thanks mate, i am dedicated and am willing to eat a good diet.. the only problem is im weak from all thats happened, all my friends who have taken steroids say that it gave them determination, will power and able to train harder.. but if there is a way of doing this without steroids i am willing to listen to ur advise.
also i no that steroids weaken the bone and i would be more at risk but i was willing to take that risk!!
thanks again
