Thanks m8, Thats my first goal, to be eating right, feeling healthy and taking a trip to the gym twise a day, the sleep issue will always be a problem for me, ive had insomnia since i was 14, ive never slept and never will its just a part of life for me lol, my doctor wont give me sleeping tablets either.. ;(.
