You have a lot of issues you need to address before you even begin to think about a cycle....

Get yourself together... diet... regular exercise in the gym... address your sleep issues.... get these all lined out first... otherwise your waisting your time and money....
Thanks m8, Thats my first goal, to be eating right, feeling healthy and taking a trip to the gym twise a day, the sleep issue will always be a problem for me, ive had insomnia since i was 14, ive never slept and never will its just a part of life for me lol, my doctor wont give me sleeping tablets either.. ;(.
