Thank you all- there are so much conflicting information out there. I'm mainly taking it for a boost for muscle growth as Ive already taken creatine (whiched caused my liver enzymes to go up) glutamine, tribulus, Bvitamins, arginine with orthanine, tyrosine...and I wasnt going to go for the test-too many sides. at a low dose for safety growth doesnt make a signficant difference-it gave me just a boost to get over a plateu but no further.
I read somewhere that if you take GH with glutamine it causes your gut to grow more-is that true anyone hear of that?
