You can use IGF-1 at 40mcg/day on workout days immediately following your workout for 4 weeks then cycle off 4 weeks before doing it again. That's normally a good starting protocol. Make sure you're taking in carbs around the time of the injection so as not to go hypo (can give a reaction similar to that of insulin). You don't need to use AAS with it, but you can surely add it to a cycle of IGF-1. You won't see much in terms of gains now from the IGF-1, but you'll see them later on (after the cycle is done...in other words, you may gain 4 lbs or less in 4 weeks on IGF-1). You may get increased vascularity, bigger/harder pumps, look more filled out, etc now, but the "size" effects will come later on.
