I would mix the IGF-1 with acetic acid rather than bacteriostatic water.
Going with what he said though....1 cc (ml) = 100 IUs on insulin syringe. If you used 1 ml of AA, you would have 1000mcg (1mg) of IGF-1 in 100 IUs.
1000mcg/100ius=10 mcg per IU. So that means 25 IUs (1/4 cc or 1/4 ml) = 250 mcg (way too much to be taking for one dose, but just so you can see the math involved). I suggest taking 40mcg/day on workout days immediately following your workout. Be sure to take in carbs around this time to prevent the possibility of going hypo.
